O'Reilly Calls for Blogging Voices
"By now, gentle readers, you're more than aware we (O'Reilly) have a "Essential Blogging" book in the works, co-authored by Cory Doctorow, Scott Johnson, Shelley Powers, Ben and Mena Trott, and me -- not to mention our much-loved, utterly groovy editor, Nat Torkington. It's humming along just beautifully, all of us have our chapters in, and we're heading toward a wide-open online public review.

We do have one more chapter in the works: "Blogging Voices". We're going want 10-15 pages of collected wisdom from bloggers -- that means you!" [The FuzzyBlog!]

I know I'll think of something to say 5 minutes after the deadline for submissions.

I have a hard time blogging while I'm downloading stuff even if I'm only loading off of the local Radio server. My blogroll and reading list want to download from my public server every time I load a page. I tried setting it as cached because they are based on Dave's drawLeftLinks macro, but then I get an error:
'Can't reference the value because a nil address was given'
For the line:
new (tabletype, adrincache)

I don't know enough about Radio yet to figure that one out :(

Testing my new Radio macro googleURL.

It takes one or two arguments, first is the search string and is required, second is display text if you want it to be different than the search string.

Adam Wendt likes beautiful women. Ok that seems to work.

Track of the Day
Coldcut - Autumn Leaves

Best chillout tune I've heard in a long time, the build up and climax is beautiful.

Can't... think.... must... blog... *snore*
I've only been blogging for a 10 days and I'm already feeling withdrawls this week . I've either been to busy or to tired to blog much. I finish going through my news aggregator only to not have the brain capacity to post original thoughts or work on the Radio macros I want to. Bleh

Review of the new Moby album. The short of it is, he's sold out and it sounds song for song just like Play.

Who wants to marry a sysadmin?

Thats some pretty stiff competition, look at the questions on the application page.
