HELP! I got home from work at 3:20pm and I've spent the last 3 hours blogging and haven't gotten anything else done! How do you guys cope? Or do you just not have a life away from the blog? Zero tolerance takes toll on pupils -- The Washington Times On a semi-related note, today at work there was a group of students from a local high school graphic arts class on a tour of the place. As you might expect of high school students in a graphic arts class quite a few of them were gothy/outcast looking One of the young men was wearing (among other things like a top hat) a belt that was covered in bullet shells. A few of my cow-orkers spent the rest of the day complaining about how this 'kid' shouldn't have been wearing that and how "We just spent $20,000 on this security system, and they just let him walk in the door". Why hackers are a step ahead of the law. The Internet has bred an elite class of computer criminals who are organized, well funded and far more technologically sophisticated than most law enforcement officials. Why can't hackers do something useful like steal the financial and personal information of the major Oil/Energy executives and post that online so we can harass them? 4:29:07 PM    comment []
