Witchcraft. Seven or eight years ago, I spent 5 months in a small village in Equatorial Guinea with some biologists (who worked in some camp that prepared captured monkeys to be returned to the forest). I have always been interested in witchcraft and the occult, and this rural area I lived in was teeming with "rainmakers" and witch doctors. I interviewed a number of them, and frankly, they were all obvious phonies. Apart from one old and ugly man...

In the mood for learning today so I'm teaching myself Calculus, Trigonometry and Neural Networks. Hmm what other online tutorials are there on interesting math/science subjects?
