Its time to reboot into Linux, check e-mail, and see if I can get Radio running in Wine, last time I tried it crashed on me like most apps do. Ta ta for now.

I like Radio's WYSIWYG editor but I hate having to edit the source and fiddle with paragraphs just to get rid of the huge space that gets added between the bottom of my post and the date.

When I booted up Windows this afternoon to play a little Dungeon Siege I had no idea I was going to start a weblog. While browsing through my Start MenuTM the Userland folder caught my eye and I decided, "What the heck". I had tried to start a weblog a while back with livejournal, it was short lived.
But after having my first post link to by Dave I have had my faith renewed in bloganity (humanity bloganity get it? hahah...... ok no more silly jokes from me). This attempt at blogging might last a little longer. But only if someone helps me get Radio working in Linux with Wine.

This is a test of the Emergency Weblog System. The bloggers of your area in voluntary cooperation with the Federal, and State authorities and Dave Winer have developed this system to keep you informed in the event of an emergency. If this had been an actual emergency, the Silly Rant you just heard would have been followed by useless links to more silly rants. This weblog serves the... uhhh.... well we aren't really sure what area we serve yet, we'll get back to you on that. This concludes this test of the Emergency Weblog System.
