With the insurgent, terrorist, and gorilla battle now fully engaged in Iraq, the need of the Administration to show victories (instead of all the defeats), has once again warped the presentation of facts coming from a war zone. I watched a military briefing about last Saturday's big (54 Iraqis killed) battle, and as someone with a life time of skills in watching folks lie, it was clear that the briefer was manipulating the truth.

When will these people learn? It did not work in Vietnam, and it is not going to work now.
